Millions of people across the world have attended an Alpha Course, an opportunity
to explore the meaning of life, running in tens of thousands of churches of all denominations
across the globe. Alpha is an opportunity for anyone and everyone to explore the
Christian faith in a relaxed, non-
New Life regularly runs several types of Alpha Courses. These are, the main course for adults; Senior Alpha; and Youth Alpha.

7.15 p.m. Supper Light Meal.
The course begins with a meal, kindly provided by volunteers from our church (food
is guaranteed to be really great!!) Course members sit at tables in small groups
to make it easier for people to get to know each other.
8.00 p.m. Talk/DVD
The main part of the evening where we either have a talk or raise a popular issue
relating to the Christian faith. Included in this section of the evening is more
background to the course.
8.20 p.m. Coffee Break
After the talk and DVD the end of the talk, we break for a cup of coffee and a chance
to chat amongst ourselves.
8.45 p.m. Discussion Small/Summary/Cou rse ends
Many past attenders of our Alpha courses have found a small group sessions to be
the most valuable and rewarding times of the whole course. This is is an opportunity
