MISSION

New Life is committed to fulfilling its part in Global Mission through prayerful and financial support of its members and contacts who are sent into mission both in the UK and to countries across the world.

As a wider community, we are also committed to praying for a different country of the world each Sunday. Find out from our home page which country this currently is.

MISSION OVERSEAS

New Life is privileged to provide support for international workers in various countries around the world including those below...

UGANDA - One member has developed a charity working in Lugazi, Uganda, supporting and encouraging the local community. 

BRAZIL - Brazilian members are now teaching and encouraging in mission in South American churches 

POLAND - New Life encourages a Polish Pastor and Brazilian couple working in a local church. (Poland)

 

SPAIN - A Chilean couple based in Madrid and working in surrounding areas 

NEPAL - Links are maintained with a couple working in health care in Nepal 

ROMANIA - Five members serve with Link Romania/Partnership for Growth, operating from a Worthing base. The charity works among poor communities in Romania, Moldova and Albania. We also participate in their annual shoe box appeal 

BELGIUM - A member living in Belgium whose husband assist in leading a Belgian church 

FRANCE - Links have been developed with workers in Toulouse and a project in Rochefort

MISSION IN UK

New Life has several people working in mission capacities in the UK including:

Two members who work at the local Headquarters of FEBA Radio, one as an International Director

One member works as a Pastoral Director and Counsellor at YWAM

Two members run an organisation encouraging mainly single missionaries around the world with Mission Encouragement Trust

One member is working with UCCF among students at Manchester University

Funding the missionaries.....

Where financial resources are provided, this is through an annual church budget which includes a percentage dedicated to to missions work, and also through members' personal giving

A separate Mission Fund exists through which individual designated gifts may be channelled. This fund is also open for general gifts and bequests from members of New Life. From this fund gifts are made as specific needs arise. All these aspects are controlled through the Council for World Mission.
